Policy

Terms of Service

Effective: September 20, 2026

Website use

This website provides general information about NexZeta Solutions. It is not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse it.

Service engagement

Professional services begin only under a written proposal, statement of work or agreement identifying the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price and term. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain control of their accounts, use approved authorization methods and comply with applicable Amazon agreements, program policies and laws. Clients must not send NexZeta passwords, access keys or information NexZeta has not requested for an approved purpose.

Acceptable use and independence

NexZeta will not perform services intended to violate or circumvent Amazon policies, manipulate reviews, deceive customers, misuse data, create frivolous support contacts or implement prohibited fulfillment practices. If NexZeta reasonably suspects that a client is using the service to violate an Amazon agreement, NexZeta may suspend or terminate the affected service, block access to NexZeta-controlled systems and notify Amazon at spapi-abuse@amazon.com. NexZeta is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

No guarantee

We commit to performing the agreed services with reasonable care. Business results, sales, rankings, policy decisions, account status and third-party platform availability cannot be guaranteed.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for the agreed purpose. Personal and Amazon information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Protection statement.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Fees, changes and termination

Fees and payment terms are specified in the written proposal or agreement. Work outside scope requires written approval. Either party may terminate according to the applicable agreement. On termination, access is removed and information is returned or securely deleted as required by contract, policy and law.
